By accessing or using Lineup ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Lineup provides tools for coaches to build batting orders, manage rosters, and run games. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain ownership of the roster, game, and team data you submit. You grant Lineup a limited license to store and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lineup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
